Straton Electricals Pvt. Ltd. has been engineering medium, low and high voltage instrument transformers since it was founded in 2012. What started as a focused medium-voltage manufacturing operation has grown into a full product line serving power utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial buyers across solar, wind, cement, and pharmaceutical sectors nationwide.

Clients come to us for dependable, cost-optimised transformers with realistic lead times. Because the business stays close to its customers, our engineering team is able to move quickly on requests that need a non-standard ratio, burden, or mounting arrangement rather than pushing everyone toward a catalogue part.

Began manufacturing MV oil-impregnated-paper (OIP) instrument transformers.

2014

Added cast-resin instrument transformers to the product line.

Launched cycloaliphatic outdoor cast-resin instrument transformers.

Commissioned a partial-discharge-free 700kV EHV test laboratory.

2022

Completed successful type testing of OIP instrument transformers up to 145kV.

Handles all the finances and ensures that the business remains efficient and profitable.
