Vacuum Drying Plants are used for drying instrument transformers’ paper insulation by removing the moisture from their deep cavitations and also for filling of insulated oil under vacuum.
One of the key components of our success and perfect track record is the fact that we have the most cutting-edge facilities, equipped with the newest technology and machinery. We use sophisticated APG clamping machines combined with epoxy mixing plants. These machines are installed with different force and equipped with suitable sizes of mould and clamping plates, which ensures they can simultaneously manufacture components of various sizes and shapes.
All our products are thoroughly tested for compliance with standards. Our 700kV Partial Discharge (PD) free Series Resonance based High Voltage Test lab incorporates Static Frequency Converter to allow regulation of inductance & frequency for CT & VT testing
