We’ve extended our cast-resin instrument transformer line with an outdoor-rated cycloaliphatic epoxy construction. Compared to standard bisphenol resin, cycloaliphatic epoxy holds up better under prolonged UV exposure and resists tracking, which matters for transformers mounted outdoors rather than in a switchgear cubicle.
The new range covers the same medium-voltage current and voltage transformer types already in production, just rated for outdoor service.
